Hass has been in the automotive industry since 1989 and has worked in many roles. Hass enjoys his current position as Managing Partner with the Finch Auto Group. He welcomes the challenge of putting together a great team and leading them to success. Motivated by his wife Deana and his two children Alifie and Jamal, Hass enjoys weekend dinners with his extended family and cheering on the London Knights and Toronto Maple Leafs.
Darlene joined the Finch Hyundai team in 2014 with a decade of experience in the automotive experience already under her belt. Darlene served as both a Customer Experience Manager and Service Manager at Finch Hyundai before moving into the role of Operations Manager at Genesis London. Genesis customers will appreciate Darlene’s dedication, tireless work ethic and unwavering commitment to guaranteeing unparalleled customer experiences.
Happily married with two children, Darlene and her husband Jeff enjoy family game nights and outdoor activities with the kids. Darlene is a regular donor to the London Humane Society as she is extremely passionate about animal welfare.
A member of the automotive industry since 1991, Suresh has developed a sense of how to interact with customers looking to purchase their first new car. In his role as Genesis Sales Manager, Suresh is able to apply his expertise to ensure that each and every one of our Genesis customers has the best experience imaginable. Alongside his wife, Suresh likes to spend time outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking, biking and shooting. While his educational background is primarily from pilot training, he has a natural ability to make customers feel comfortable throughout the sales process and we are very pleased to have him on board.
Having worked in the automotive industry since 2005, Cristian personifies all of the characteristics that our customers look for in an Experience Manager. He is helpful, patient, considerate and ultimately, he always has your best interests in mind. Cristian’s love of cars is evident through his vast knowledge of cars across all manufacturers. Cristian loves meeting people and will ensure your satisfaction and time always come first.
Stephanie is an honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable Genesis Experience Manager who is eager to go above and beyond set expectations to make a customer happy. She is driven to establish customers for life by building memorable rapport with her customers.
While Sarah is relatively new to the Automotive Industry, she brings countless transferable skills to create a unique and memorable experience for our valued Genesis Guests.
With a degree in Social Justice, she started her multi-year career in the field, with a focus on supporting those who faced struggles with mental health, addictions, and homelessness. Sarah honed her skills in building relationships and opened her heart to our community. Newly engaged and transitioning into this fresh role, Sarah is very excited about the changes that have come her way and she is thrilled to provide a level of service that goes beyond what is expected of a Genesis Ownership Manager!
